Location – Bangalore, Corporate Office

This position will report to the Head of HR. 


Role & Responsibilities:

 Primary Responsibilities

-       Own HR Information System. This will include managing module developments as well as day-to-day operations in HRIS  

-       Develop and own People Policies

-       Own and manage employee life cycle operations

-       Develop and manage employee benefit plan

-       Compensation Management

-       Facilitate Payroll process

-       Manage Statutory Compliances

 

Secondary Responsibilities

-       Maintain HR MIS and analytics\

-      Circulate monthly HR dashboard on key HR matrices like Attrition, Head count, Manpower budget etc.

 -       Manage HR Audits

 -       Participate in forming compensation philosophy and guidelines

 -       Participate in Compensation Surveys

 -       Drive Rewards and Recognition Framework across the organization

Job Profile/Description

We are looking for full time interns for an exciting upcoming project in footwear design at Wildcraft. This live project will focus on designing footwear(sandals and Flip flops) for the outdoor category. The project will expose the incumbent to the full life cycle to footwear development, which includes market Research, Product Positioning, Material research, Competition study, Concept generation and Design development.
